Help with popout pages

Hi All,

I am fairly new to web design and have come across a design that I can't figure out. I am trying to create a side pop out page that appears when you press the page buttons at the top like in this site. Francesca Battistelli Official Website: Write Your Story. Music, Videos, Photos, Lyrics, Tour Dates,...  I am not even sure exactly what to call this pop out scrolling item to even search for how to do it. I am using Muse and have been experimenting with creating different styles of sites to build my web design knowledge. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
