I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro XI.  I dragged over 200 emails out of my Outlook 2016 to the "Combine Files" window in order to create one PDF file. It was combining them quickly but all of a sudden a Fatal Error message "Acrobat failed to send a DDE command."  pops out. I have to now click OK for every single email or it will not combine anything (extremely time consuming). This only happens when I combine emails to PDF. Please help.

Hi Marekm48080040,

Please open task manager and close all the Adobe Acrobat instances.

Taskbar> Task manager >Close all the Adobe Instances running at the background.

Re-open the Acrobat and try combing the file again and see if that works.

Let us know if this doesn't help.

Regards,

Akanchha
