CS6 is NOT compatible with Sierra.
You need to upgrade to InDesign CC (subscription) or run on an old computer with an older operating system.

So Adobe wants more money from me and makes me to buy CC and blocks the older software out of use.
That sounds like mafia.
Actually, that would be the Apple upgrade that caused the issue. You can roll back your OS.
