After deleting my original version of ADE (2012), I downloaded the newest version of it-ADE4.5.2. I logged into my OMNI library account and picked a book. When I go to 'download epub ebook', I get a box in ADE that states 'Error! Check activation'. I've tried to erase my current activation but cannot find or remember the correct password to erase it (I've tried many different passwords--none work). How do I find what that password is? Am I on the right track to try and erase, then reauthorize my computer? Currently, the 'authorize computer' is grayed out in ADE. I've been trying to resolve this for a week and a half, but no one seems to know what to do.
