Hi,
(sorry for my english)
some days ago I had to instal win10 from begininig - it cleaned every aplications and their data. When I installed (from CD) Photoshop Elements 6.0, it ask me made registration - but PE6 doesn't see internet connection (it is correct) and I can't end regostration. Because of that aplication PE6 doesn't work on my computer.
I had chat with Adobe agent - but he didn,t help me. My be some one know what I did wrong ?

HOWEVER... as kglad said...
Owners of old programs simply have problems with Windows 10... none of which is Adobe's fault... Adobe did not change your old program to make it stop working... Micros

are you trying to register pse 6 or activate it?
if register, you can do that from any computer (though there's not much point).
if activate, you'll need an internet connection and there may be compatibility problems.

It is activate proces, after when I wrote serial number from CD, pse6 says that there is not internet connection and it can't end this proces - but is not true. Connection is correct - as you see.

confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers.

Owners of old programs simply have problems with Windows 10... none of which is Adobe's fault... Adobe did not change your old program to make it stop working... Microsoft changed their operating system and THAT is why your old program won't work, not because of anything Adobe did... Also... every time Microsoft issues a Win10 update, there is the risk that an old program that HAS been working after the initial Win10 upgrade will STOP working... bottom line, old programs require a matching old operating system

Thank You for your help. I didn't use your advices because ..... , but I uninstal pse6 and after reinstall process of activating was correct.
