InDesign CC with Mac on 10.9.5 Mavericks - Can I still get 2015 version?

I have a 2009 Mac Pro with 10.9.5 Mavericks. I use CS6 for video production and photography, but I don't have Master, just Production suite, so no InDesign.

I just got tasked with reworking an InDesign doc, not sure what version it is yet, but I figure I'd start by getting InDesign.

I see 2017 requires 10.10, but I have 10.9 and don't want to go beyond that.

I see 2015 requires 10.9, so I can use that one.

Can I still get that version today?

Will I face issues if the document was created in 2017 version?

Thanks for your help!

Yes, you can subscribe to InDesign CC2015.4.

If you think you'll only use it occasionally, you can pay a little more and be able to suspend membership by the month.

To open a document in InDesign CC2015, created in InDesign CC2017 you'll have to get it exported as an IDML.

Thanks so much for the help. I'm hoping it's not a cc2017 doc, since it sounds like it may have been created a while ago. Guess I'll find out!
