Link a YouTube video in InDesign and Publish Online

I've seen other folks add a video from YouTube to their InDesign documents and be able to publish them online. Every time I try, I get an error that the 'Video must be compliant with Flash Player. Any ideas? I've seen other Publish Online document use it successfully like the two below.
