Indesign problem copy and paste txt

Hello, I have a problem with Indesign, this never happen to me. I copy txt from a document of indesign, and I paste into another document of indesign, when I paste, Lose font. I Have look the opction of the portapapeles. It happen to me with the last actualization of indesign.

2 most likely reasons.

1. Font not installed for source doc. Do you have Document fonts folder in the same folder as your source file? If yes, is destination file saved here, too, or in some other place? That said, you may have font installed in Document fonts folder, but not on system or application level. This is what GeorgeS tried to say you.

2. Styles conflict. Is there any style applied to the text you try to copy (including [Basic Paragraph]? If there are styles with identical names in a des

Are you sure that this font is installed into your OS?

May be your first indd use fonts from his package folder, and your second indd don't have this.

Remember, never say you can't do something in InDesign, it's always just a question of finding the right workaround to get the job done. © David Blatner
