I have had problems when forwarding attachments with e'mail.
I uninstalled old Adobe and re installed latest version.
Am using windows 7 and Microsoft 2010.
Just received an email with 2 pdf attachments, I opened both attachments ,
then forwarded the received mail and again the recipatant could only open first attachment, not second one.

Hi Mikev64082520,
As mentioned above, when you open the attachment at your end does it opens up fine? or is it just end user unable to open the file that you forward to them?
If you are able to open the pdf attachments at your end without any problem, then there shouldn't be any trouble with the application you have installed.
Please confirm if end users are getting any specific error message?

Hi Akki the error message reads
There was an error opening this document .The file was damaged and could not be repaired.

If you want to paste a screenshot you have to do it from within the forum (NOT via email), and use the Insert Image button.

Problem seems to be when I receive 2 PDF attachments and
open them I can view both , but when I forward the same mail they can only open one .

I have not been sending or receiving many pdf attachments
over the festive season, so have been unable to find out if there is still a problem .
Will keep check and get back to you when the mails pick up.
Thanks for the help so far.
Ps, I have no problem at my end opening all the pdf’s received ,
the problem seems to be when I forward after viewing the pdf.
