The book I am trying to export includes a 2-character drop cap on the chapter opening. It frequently includes 2 characters because of quote marks. So I have a paragraph style that sets the first two characters as Drop Cap, then a character style for the first character (the quote mark) that decreases the point size applied to the first character only. When I preview this in ADE, the character and paragraph style for the quote mark is ignored--it appears as straight body copy. The second letter is a drop cap, but it starts down 1 full line from the start of the paragraph. When it is a single drop cap character, it works fine.
