Update lightroom

Bij het downloaden van de upgrade Lightroom krijg ik steeds de melding Downloadfout kies opniieuw of raadpleeg de ondersteuning (49)

De Firewall zou het dus tegenhouden, heb firewall uitgeschakeld al de Norton firewall s ook nog steeds lukt het niet

By downloading the upgrade of Lightroom I get the message that there is a download mistake try again or consult the help (49)

I shut down the Windows firewall and Nortonm still download does not work

Photoshop and Camera raw upgraded without problems

Hi JohnReinhard,

Have you tried all the steps mentioned in Troubleshoot Error 49 (download or update failed) and installed the updates manually from Keeping Lightroom Up-to-Date ?
