Naming folders on import

i use CC and a MacBook Pro (macOS Sierra, version 10.12.1). It seems that in the last couple of months, LR has modified the Import panel to omit the piece that enables you to give a name to an import. I found this function very useful in organizing my folders. What happened? Is there a work around?

I cannot see this missing.

What is your exact version of LR?

Folder naming is in 'Copy' mode only, not in 'Add'.
