Trouble getting photos to print full length

I have a user template setup with my photos intended to print full width(6 in). My Hp 7520 paper tray only allow for the paper to go in tall-wise(?! :). I’ve tried going into the printer settings in LR and swapping the orientation, but it still prints them full width in the short direction.

Any ideas?

Hi RichExperiences,

Can you give us a screen snapshot of your "Page Setup" dialog in the Print Module, and also the printer properties dialog box when you click on "Properties" in the Page Setup dialog box?

Hi RichExperiences,

In Page Setup, change the "Orientation" to Landscape (you have it set to portrait mode in the screen shot above).

Let us know if that helps.

Hi  -

Sorry, I had tried that before. Just didn't switch it for the last screen shot. Here is what LR does when I switch it to Landscape.

It almost feels like I should set up the Template as portrait and rotate the image in LR, and that doesn't seem right to need to do that.

Thanks,

Rich

Ahhh, got it. I had the custom format in the Print Saved format backward.

Thanks for talking this through with me.

Here are the settings that worked.
