My computer was stolen and I have no access to it.
I got a new one and I am not able to re-install the adobe applications (Acrobat, Photoshop,...etc)
I had the educational version as I am a doctoral candidate in UC Berkeley
I need help and I find it difficult to reach to Adobe support.
Thank You.

Hi all,
The moment the CC is activated on the 2 computers, there is an option to deactivate from the previous computers during the third activation. This will able to deactivate the CC from the stolen computer.
Hope this helps.

Normally you should just get a message to log in and deactivate all other devices that are using your CC subscription.
Even if the error has nothing to do with this you should go to your subscription settings (on the adobe website) and remove the stolen computer.
