I just started CC subscription, Lightroom won't install!?

I'm going crazy over here!! Photoshop was able to load just fine, but I keep getting a message that says "Installation failed". I've tried going into preferences and signing out/ signing back in.. it does nothing. I've also restarted my MacBook pro several times. What am I missing here?

Try a direct download starting with the main installer (727 mb)

If installation is successful download the 2015.8/6.8 update.

Ok I tried that, installation failed again and is showing me the same error as before:

ERROR: DF015: unable to delete symlink
