All Click?

I have been working on a graphic and it says that I need to "all click" I think and this allows you to type directions in. For example I am using fractial noise and I need to "all click" and type in "time*100" but I have no idea how to do this.

Hope somebody can help me out

Alt+Click on the stopwatch icon
