Not Responding

My Lightroom CC will not let me add an folder into Develop and it says it is not responding. I do not know what steps to take next.

Hi hydee,

Please turn off the Graphics Processor from the Lightroom preferences.

Open Lightroom

Go to the Edit Menu > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck GPU > Restart.

Let us know if that helps.

What if it dosent even let you hit anything else it blocks me it go right into program not responding

So it dosent freeze as soon as i open the app it says program isint responding and closes....

i did check if the box mention above is checked and it was not
