Crash on startup

I have reinstalled, ran cleanup, given permissions through Windows Firewall; still crashing on startup. Photoshop is fine, but AE and Media encoder both crash around "initializing MediaCore."

Nvidia 1070 with 8gb of VRam

16 GB RAM

i7 processor

Windows 10 pro

Sorry to hear your issue. Sounds like you have an issue with MediaCore. Please check and see if this document might help. It's a bit dated but might assist you: After Effects or Premiere Pro crashes after starting
