I've created a detailed design taking up the whole page on Adobe Ideas. When I zoom in on Ideas, the lines are crisp, and the figures etc I have included are well-defined. However, any method of exporting/saving seems to ruin this. I have tried opening in PDF, Photoshop App, Dropbox, saving to the iPad photos... All to no avail. The entire image will look ok once exported, but zoom in and the image quality/detail is gone. I am despairing so much I am considering zooming in on each component part and exporting it piecemeal...
How do I export/save and maintain the same level of detail?
Harriet.
Yes. I think so. You'll be able to export a PDF from Draw. And, it's really difficult to say what's causing this because at this point it could be just about anything (I don't know what version of iOS you're using; most people who've continued to use Ideas are still using iOS 8).
But, if you're going to start using Draw, this is the order in which you should adopt it:

Hi Harriet,
Your title says you're using Adobe Ideas, but we haven't supported that app for over two years.
Is that the app you're using? Or is it Adobe Draw?
Let me know.

It is Adobe Ideas. I haven't switched to Adobe Draw (yet, anyway) as when it first came out I tried it on my phone (I have Adobe Ideas on iPad) and preferred using Adobe Ideas.
Would switching help with the problem?

Give it some time for your work to sync to the device and to Creative Cloud (make sure you can see all your work when logging in with your Adobe ID to Adobe Creative Cloud )
After you use Draw for a while you can decide what to do with Adobe Ideas.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Hello Sue
I've got a similar problem when using Draw and exporting to Photoshop. Both in the latest cc version.
This export results in a low quality document in Photoshop.
If I use export as PDF and open the PDF in Photoshop, it's far better, but still not perfect.
Are we loosing the vectoriel format?
Is this normal or is there a fix?
Thanks in advance
Laurent

Hi Laurent.
Sending Draw projects to Photoshop will not preserve the vector format. Have you tried sending to Illustrator CC? Or opening the PDF in Illustrator?
