Blurb .. Lightroom inserts 2 blank pages into my book .. cannot remove

I am ready to publish a book in Lightroom. For some reason Lightroom inserts two blank pages at the end of my book. I can not remove them, unless I check the Logo Page to "none" ... then the pages disappear.  Note in the screen shot that the option to remove page is grayed out. Has anyone else encountered this and is there a fix?

It's because Logo Page is set to "on". Change this, and accept the price rise, and you should be able to remove these pages.
