hello my name is holly and I bought three presets that I cant download on to lightroom. I have tired importing by right clicking and the folders are unzipped, I don't know what to do.

Please provide a link to the site where you bought them and the name of the presets.

Worst case scenario: if you cannot get them to install using the official installer, you can manually copy them to the appropriate preset folder using Finder or Explorer.
