Where are the "interface shortcut" for the bloc adjustment?

Hello everyone and thank you for reading this.

When I'm working in indesign on some layout with images, I usually use some buttons in the top right corner of the interface. They were very convenient but since the last update, it seems they're gone ! Can anyone help me with that please ? It's a real struggle to always go in the top menu and find the right thing in that huge column.

Adobe think that all are use now 4k-monitors and construct interface more convenient, but this interface occupy more space.
