Creating table with help of script

I have thousand of files in which i have to create table at last page with some text in it, is there script to create table same as below...first column splited in 2 column,

for text i will re-edite the script..

For such a specific task? I can't recall but I don't think so. If you typed in your request into a search engine and you did not get any results, you may need to write it yourself (and if you cannot, pay someone to do so. I guess you require a script for this to save money in the long run.).

… And I agree with Jongware! Pay a scripter for this!

I could show you by a video how this could be done with a script but it's so fast that the video would be really very short (less than 0.5 second)!
