I downloaded an Ebook from my local library to ADE on my computer. I then dragged it to my Nook. It shows in the library but does not load so I can read it. (FYI: this is a Nook that I have been successfully used for years, the library recently updated their Overdrive software and I was having trouble downloading ebooks. I uninstalled the old ADE and installed the current version. I can read the ebook on my computer. I tried downloading another book with the same results.)

Seems a error with the transfer itself. Have you try to remove and download again?

Yes, I have removed the 1st ebook from both ADE and the Nook and downloaded
it again from the library. I have also downloaded a second book from the
library with the same result. I could read both books on my computer, but
not on the Nook.
I have ordered a KIndle.

NOOK users are having issues with opening borrowed books. An error "loan token update failed" is seen on the NOOK without another option to proceed. B&N has not acknowledged responsibility and suggests Adobe update to be the problem. Is Adobe aware of the problem and communicating with NOOK/B&N? This was thought to be a Glowlight Plus problem but new threads suggest a larger problem.
