i want to cancel and refund 2 illustrator month to month plan

(i payed twice)

since the first time didnt work and it would ask me to renew it again after i just payed!!

i renew it again out of frastration to to deal with refund later

obviously the new renewal didnt work either and the app didnt open !!!!!!!!

i changed my mind...

please cancel and refund 148 dollar for 2 month to month no app plan
