I'm currently doing some accessible documents in Ojibwa and Cree but there is no language setting for these languages in Acrobat. Is there a way to do this?

Enter the three-letter language code from ISO 639-2 (see https://www.loc.gov/standards/iso639-2/php/code_list.php). Looks like the code for Cree is cre, and Ojibwa is oji.
