Hej!

Are you shooting jpg?

Most lens profiles are for RAW files only. For jpgs, the lens correction is usually done in the camera.

Is the lens you use supported?

See a list of supported lenses (for profiles) here: Supported lenses

Also, the lens info you see under Metadata in Library is not the same thing as a lens profile.

The lens info in the Metadata panel  is recorded by the camera when you take the picture - but a lens profile is something entirely different - it is a file on your computer and part of the Lightroom installation.

If there isn't a profile for your lens, then either Adobe hasn't made a profile for it, or you are using an older Lightroom version that doesn't include that profile.

I have three lenses for my camera. All three (Nikon AF-S DX Nikkor 35mm

f/1.8 G, Nikon AF-S Nikkor 18-55 mm f3.5-5.6 G VR II, AF-S Nikkor 55-300mm

f/4.5-5.6 GED VR) are listed as supported. I am subscribing on Creative

Cloud and Lightroom is 2015 CC. I had to reset my computer recently and I

can´t read out which version I got but I believe it is Version 2015.6 or 8.

I was born at the time when dinosaurs still was living on earth and

although I have used computers at work from the time when punch cards was

in use until today, I have never been able to get any education in use of

digital equipment so probably I have made some mistakes when downloading or

use of the Lightroom.

The problem is solved. Looking at the pictures I found that the camera was saving in JPG:s after I got the camera back from Nikon after adjustment, although it was noted in the menu "sparar i RAW". The cameras configuration was the same as when sold. In the menu I could only change from 12 to 14 bits and thats why the texts shows "sparar i RAW". The change from JPG to RAW is made in the info system and after doing so everything is working beautifully.
