Help with getting start and pause buttons in ActionScript 2

Hey, so my question is when I'm animating lip-syncing, how do I get the video to play and stop with the buttons? I don't see the buttons that others do.

I'm on Windows 10, Flash CS5. How the hell do I get these damned buttons to appear? I kinda need em.
