fee for upgrade and fuji raw files?

Could someone let me know if an upgrade from Lightroom 6.7 to 6.8 is free or is there a cost?

Also , I will be getting a Fujisilm xt2 and was wondering if my 6.7 will handle the raw files?

It's free, though the XT2 was already supported in 6.7.

All POINT releases are free. 5 to 5.1 through 5.7.1 were free and the same goes for 6 through 6.8. Only if you want to Upgrade to a Newer version 5 > 6, 6 > 7, will a fee be required.
