Custom 3D Motion Tracked Filters (like Snapchat) Possible?

Hello,

Does anyone know a way to (or software that can) project a custom 3D filter that's motion tracked to footage, in a 3d space, in real time?

Basically what Snapchat and similar smart phone video chat apps can do. I've been using a ufo effect on me in some of my videos but

would like to try emulate it live and more responsive to my position in a 3D space (Heres what I've been doing so far : JOB SIMULATOR VR (Chef) - YouTube )

I appreciate any suggestions or input.

AE is not a real time app. I know of no one click solution to your problem except for maybe a smart phone app.
