Update from Lightroom 5.7 to Lightroom 6: PC associated to wrong area zone

I went yesterday to the Product/Produits page to update my Lightroom 5.7 licence (not CC) to Lightroom 6 but I had the below message which says"you are connected with an account associated to the following country: FU. Please reconnected with an account associated to the FR Zone."

I am French and leave in France so I dont't see any reason why my current account wouldn't be a FR on. Moreover, when I did a test to acquire Lightroom with CC, I had no equivalent message.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Regards

Cyril

At the bottom of the products page you should see France (modifier)

If not click modifier and choose France

Then click Acheter and change from Version complète by selecting : Mise à jour

If you still have problems click : Société >> Nous Contacter >> Utilisez notre assistant pour contacter le support technique

Click on your Adobe UserID in the top right corner of the Products screen.

Click on "Manage Account"

Check to see that the Language settings as 99jon has described at the bottom of the page are the same for your Adobe account as for the product page.

Hi 99jon and bhousto90,

Thanks a lot for your prompt feedacks.

France is indeed already selected, both on the product page and on My Account.

I'll try to call the Tech Support.

Have a nice week.

Regards

Cyril
