Lightroom catalog shows folder location of 274 images - Finder shows folder empty

Hi,

I was attempting to move folders and pictures from one hard drive to another using the Lightroom CC 2015.8 build 1099473 interface.

The catalog indicates the move was made. The finder shows me the folders were created on the external drive. Yet in the Finder (El Capitan) those folders are empty.

Probably it's this bug.

Restore the photos from your backups.

Hi Stacy,

Please state which drive you moved the images to... It looks like you move them from Photos and Libraries in which case they will no longer be in the folder as shown in the second screen shot.

I think you have misunderstood the original statement. She moved them to Photos and Libraries, but Finder shows an empty folder.

Now the question is are they still in the original folder? Use Finder to check then use Finder to move them if they are still in the original folder.
