PE 13 will NOT install. Please help!

I am trying to install PE 13 and continue to get the error:

Exit Code: 34

Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example, ERROR:

FATAL: Payload 'Camera Profiles Installer_7.4_AdobeCameraRawProfile7.0All 9.0.0.65 {38CE8E2B-ABDF-487F-A606-31D5E75AF8C0}' information not found in Media_db.

I have no idea why or why it is happening? Is it even fixable? Please say yes as I cannot afford another $100 this month and I really need this for my work. Thanks for any and all help!

It looks like you have a faulty DVD.  I suggest try to download the full installation file from this link:

Choose the correct version (in your case PSE13) and whether it is 64 bit or 32 bit.  If you have a 64 bit windows machine then you need 64 bit program file.  Also make sure you have your serial number handy as it is required to activate the product.
