Cant Convert a Group of Raw Photos to DNG (2)

When I choose a group of photos and select Library then "Convert Photo to DNG" Lightroom only converts one photo, the most selected one. Have done this for years and never had this behavior before, previous versions batch converted groups.

converting canon raw files

using windows 10 pro

Lightroom version 2015.8

previous thread suggested:

1. deleting preference files and restarting, or

2. trying entirely new catalog

I deleted preferences and this didn't change the behavior, although it did remove all my preferences!

I started brand new catalog, imported 3 cr2 files and then asked Lightroom to convert, and it only converted one (the most selected)

Any other ideas?

Thanks, Kathryn Dahms

you have to be in the Grid View and do the selecting in there. Selecting in the Film Strip area doesn't really select all the images.

After you select "Convert Photos to DNG" option, what's the number showed on top of the pop-up window?

It should display the number of photos you are going to convert.

Thanks,

Sunil

Ah, thank you, I'm using a 2 monitor set up with the second monitor showing the grid view and main monitor showing single image. I can select multiple images on second monitor but.. Changing to grid view on main monitor allows me to select multiple images and then convert all. Thank you so much!
