PDF shifter after export

Hello,

I am a newbie to InDesign and I am trying to export my booklet to PDF. In Indesign everything looks just fine, I set up 5 mm bleeds in the beginning and now when I am exporting it, I checked use document's bleeds. I have tried to export it without checking it, too, but it didn't work either. Here is how it looks like:

What do you feel it SHOULD look like? We have no idea of your original page designs.
