Lightroom 4 transfer from old computer to new computer

I just got a new computer and I need to get my Lightroom 4 onto it.  I tried downloading onto it but I got an error message saying the Lightroom catalog named Lightroom Catalog can not be opened because it is too new to be used by this version of Lightroom. Would you to select a different catalog? Any suggestions on how I can make the transfer?

Which version did you install? It may be LR4.0

Help >> System info
