Serious Issues with Adobe Muse Phone Layout

Hello,

So i have been working on this website for some time and as of now I am making the mobile version.  This morning I opened Muse everything was fine and seemingly out of nowhere when I preview the site it shows that one text box is not responsive and is not moving or scaling at all and there is a very large gap on my home page and others that is not there in my muse file (See attachment).  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as I was hoping to have this finished by Wednesday this week.
