Hay gang

                  I have photoshop elements 13 basic  white background , and I noticed on YouTube some people have the same elements 13 with advanced features " Gavin Hoey" ,my question is how is this possible ?

All of the main tools are under the "Expert" tab. You may have chosen Quick or Guided.

You can also enhance the basic features by purchasing Elements Plus which is reasonably priced.

I am familiar with expert mode which has less features than what i have seen others have with same elements13
