Cant find Folders in develop panel menu

hello

after install new LR 6.8 can't find folders in developer panel menu

try also ( in develop mode )  Windows/Panels can't see folders

That is because the Folders area/section is not in the Develop module. It is in the Library module. Never has been in the Develop module.
