Change plan, how?

Hi, I currently have the photography package, with PS and LR. But now, as I´m going to be a student, I´m in need of the student license. How to I change to this offer? When I try they ask me to contact adobe to see if I´m qualified, but by "contacting" them this just leads me to "typically asked questions" and forums. Please help.Cha
