Audio Glitch

Hi, I am working on a lyric video for a song, and this morning when I imported the song, for some reason it played about 2x the speed it was supposed to, i am on 30 fps like i always am. Put another song in that I have used at 30fps before and it also played 2x the speed its supposed to. the only time it plays correctly is when its at 25fps, which i dont want. How do i fix this?

Could we see screenshots of your composition settings, your preview panel settings (you may need to drag the bottom of the panel down to reveal the full contents), and your audio playback preferences?

Also, from the About After Effects screen, what is the exact version number of AE you're using?

Also, what format are these audio files?
