Lightroom catalog unable to sync

I keep getting a message on my desktop lightroom cat.lrcat unable to sync will try again.

I've recently have been trying to transfer my iPhoto files to my external hard drive "My Cloud" could that be

the problem?

If you are unable to sync via creative cloud, please refer the below troubleshooting article.

I am in such great need of help!!! I'm in tears!!!!!!! I can't even use my lightroom software because of these issues!!!

I uninstalled the software and then reinstalled and I can't even use this!!! I just need assistance!!! Please please!!! Is there anybody that I can call that I can speak too!! Emailing back and forth is not working! If I was to purchase the monthly program could I get one on one assistance????? I took a screen shot of what comes up when I "try" to open lightroom. Please help
