I have several old prints setup in my Collections with identity plates and they seem OK but when I set up a new print the identity plate does not show on the photo

I have the latest version of Lightroom and running macOS Sierra V10.12.2. I have uninstalled Lightroom and reinstalled it.

I have changed the colour, font size, scale and opacity etc..

I have included some screen shots for you to look at

Ref Pic 1. I shrunk the image size to see if the ip was hiding?

By all rights, the IP should be there.

Two things to try.

1) In the Preferences, under the performance tab, turn off Use Graphics Processor.

2) I notice in your screen shot that you have set a Resolution of 1440.  This is way too high.  If you click on the exclamation point next to the 1440 it will tell you that this can cause problems.  If you are using an Epson printer, chose 360, otherwise chose 300.

Thanks Joe

I have reduced the psi to 360 and turned off the graphics processor but no luck. I have even deleted all the saved prints in my Collections but still no luck?

Change the font in your identity plate to see if that is the issue.

Watermarking does have have issues with some fonts so that may be the same problem with your identity plate.
