Hi,

I bought an ebook at Kobo store with instructions to install ADE which I did at home. I accessed the book without authorizing the computer and without an Adobe user ID. As I could not transfer it to my Kobo device, it tried some procedures, and now it says E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER on the computer.

And I still cannot transfer it to my Kobo device. How can I reset this authentication?
