I recently downloaded this eBook from my local library. To view this eBook I had to download Adobe Digital Editions. After I this did, I clicked the eBook, and I was prompted to sign into my Adobe account. I put in all the correct information and received a message stating connection error. My computer is connected to the internet and no matter how many times I try, I can not login. Is there anyway this can be fixed so I can read my eBook?

I called HP support and after a lot of effort, problem was solved. I

removed all malware and and corrupted files. I then uninstalled Adobe

digital editions and reinstalled, which enabled me to set that program as

the default program for acsm files(library books). Adobe was no help.
