Hi experts,
I've had to re-install my android based tablet. When I now try to download ebooks to my ebook reader app, I'm getting the error message "too many devices activated". It worked flawlessly before.
In this Adobe support forum post I've read that another user had his device activations reset by contacting customer care. Which I did today (ticket number 0220664678). A very polite guy told me that I first need to register my product. I told him that I do not own an Adobe product but use the Adobe ID to read DRM protected content in 3rd party apps like Bluefire or Aldiko. He then said I would need to post my request in this forum because there would be no chat support for my issue.
So it seem I'm now relying on you guys to help me read my ebooks on my tablet again. Is there anything you can do for me or I can do to solve this issue myself?
