Muse FTP upload fail 553

I'm using Muse CC 2017 and need to refresh the phone number on a website.

I haven't changed anything else, but can't upload the website to the FTP host anymore.

It is really urgent and I can't find a solution online.

The error message mentions that there is something wrong with the form-u1877.php ...but since I only changed the phone number, I can't imagine how I could have changed a form...
