PDF Portfolio question about attachments

I converted a folder from Outlook 365 (Which is confusing - by definition, convert means to change.  Nothing changed on the original folder) to a new PDF.  I have a nice looking pdf portfolio with 17 email, some of which have attachments.  How do I look at the attachments?  Right clicking on the email doesn't do it, exporting the pdf doesn't do it.

A PDF Portfolio is a virtual container filled with other files.  They can be any type of files, not just PDFs.  A PDF Portfolio can also be displayed in a few different ways.  Regardless, you will have a list of the included files presented to you.  If you double click on one of the listed files, it should open up in its own workspace.  If one of those files is a PDF, and contains attachments, THAT is where you should see a paper clip icon, and will allow you to open/view the attached file in th

Look for a tab on the left that has a paper clip icon.  That is your Attachments Panel.  You'll find the attachments there to click & open.

A tab on the left of what?  I have no tabs on the left side of anything.  I have icons showing the file type on the left side of the file list.

There is a grayed out arrow pointing to the left in the preview pane, but it does nothing when I click, double click or right click on it.

What am I missing?

I am not sure that the original emails that contain attachments will retain them in the conversion.  There is a setting in the PDF Maker for Outlook that should be enabled to mandate the inclusion of attachments in the portfolio.

I hope this is helpful.

Dave,

Thanks for your help.  Double clicking files in the list does nothing, but I can right click and open or select the file and open from icons above the list pane.

F4 was all I needed.  The bar with the bookmark, thumbnails and attachments was not visible.  It was not on in the portfolio or the individually opened files.
