Hi  @ all,

like described in title, after quit of the Adobe CC and uninstalling all applications. My also installed Lightroom 5 with separate license is not working anymore.

After doing a bit of research the message i got, is like having LR-CC installed after quit.

How do it got my program running again?

Merry Christmas,

Ralph

Tell us the exact unedited word-for-word error message you are getting. Also please tell us when you get this error message (is it when you launch LR 5, or some other time, be specific).

Did you actually purchase the non-CC version of Lightroom 5? Or is your Lightroom 5 also the CC version?

I purchased LR 5 and later also Adobe CC Photo. So i had both installed, Adobe LR5 and Adobe LR CC. And now after quitting CC and uninstalling all CC Applications i got trouble with my LR 5.5 Installation.

So just to be 100% sure I understand you, when you purchased LR 5, you received a 24 digit serial number? YES or NO? (Do not type the serial number in your reply).

And you need to be able to find that serial number so you can use it; can you find it?

No, the license at this time is a CC license, that is why you are getting the error message. You will have to enter your serial number again.

These are the LR 6 instructions, but I think they also apply to LR 5.
