I have a .swf created by using Captivate that does not show the captured video/audio but does show the navigation bar within RoboHelp. Can't figure out why the video/audio is not displaying. Any ideas?

Also watch out for RoboHelp and its use underscores in file names. That one can nail you too. If your Captivate has spaces in the file name, try renaming it using underscores when you publish from Captivate.

Should add that I'm using Captivate 3 and RoboHelp 7.

Not much of a difference really. About the only thing that comes to mind is that issue I mentioned if you have spaces in file names. Aside from that, what is outlined in the articles I linked to should apply in any case.

Rick mentions spaces in file names; special characters are out, too. Hyphen and underscore are OK.

Did you import the swf as a baggage file?

Are you sure the swf file is where the link is pointing?
